Purchase & Delivery Terms
OrdersThese purchase and delivery terms (the "Terms"), apply to all orders placed on Fusca AB's website, www.fuscadesigns.com, (the "Website"). The Terms are binding between you and Fusca AB. If the laws of a country other than Sweden are applicable, the Terms apply in those aspects which do not differ from applicable mandatory consumer legislation. Fusca AB will, of course, comply with applicable mandatory consumer legislation.
Orders must be placed via the Website. When you click on the purchase button, you enter into a contract with Fusca AB. Immediately after you have placed your order, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. It is important that you check that the order confirmation is correct. If you do not receive an order confirmation, if it is incorrect in any way or if you wish to change your order, please contact us immediately. To simplify any email exchange, please have your customer order number to hand.VUnder Swedish legislation, we are required to request the signature of a parent or guardian on an order where the customer is under 18 years of age.
Processing Personal DataSo that we can fulfil the contract, we have to collect and process personal data. If you would like to contact Fusca AB about the processing of your personal data, you are very welcome to do so by emailing info@fuscadesigns.se. QueriesIf you have any questions, or if there have been any problems with a delivery or if you have any other reason to get in touch with us via the website or via email: info@fuscadesigns.se and we will do our best to respond to you within 3 working days.
Delivery & Delivery methodStock items are normally sent from us within 1-3 working days.The delivery time to the nearest delivery point varies depending on the postcode area, but usually takes place within 2-3 days from the start of delivery. In the event of major receipt of orders or delays from our suppliers, these goods may in some cases have a longer delivery time. In these cases, you will be notified as soon as we have processed your order
Post NordPackages under 20 kg are delivered to the nearest delivery point. Enter your mobile number for SMS notification, which means faster handling, otherwise you will receive a notification in the mailbox. Free shipping when you order over SEK 1200, otherwise the shipping will be added at checkout.
CancellationsYou can cancel your order until the order has been sent from our warehouse. Cancellations must be notified to Fusca AB by e-mail to info@fuscadesigns.com .
Uncollected PackagesDelivered packages will be held at the collection point for 14 days from the date of arrival. You must collect the package within that time, otherwise it will be returned to us.
In the event that a package is uncollected, we will charge a fee of SEK 250 for a package sent within Sweden and SEK 350 for a package sent to another country. These charges cover our expenses for carriage, return carriage and handling. If you are unable to accept a delivery, please contact us to discuss delivery. If a delivery does not materialise through your failure to accept the item after notification, we have the right to regard your failure as a cancellation of the order for the item. In that case, we will refund the purchase price after deducting delivery and return carriage costs as well as any invoice charge.
Returns & Exchange PolicyAll sales are final. Please check that you are ordering the correct size/colour/quantity before purchasing. However, if you have received a faulty item/s, we will do our best to replace the item/s as long as they have not yet been used.
Value Added TaxPrices on the Website are specified including VAT at 25 %. VAT is payable on all orders in which the customer is a consumer and is resident in an EU Member State. Orders involving deliveries to countries outside the EU are free of VAT. Customs duties may be payable depending on the legislation in the country to which the order is delivered. Any charges for VAT and customs duties are to be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, Fusca AB is unable to inform the customer about these charges, and the customer is personally responsible for the administration relating to the import of the goods and the payment of VAT and customs duties.

DisputesWe make every effort to make sure you have the best possible customer experience. If any problems arise, we will try our best to reach an agreement with you, however if the event of a dispute where we are unable to reach an agreement, we refer to the General Complaints Board. You can reach

Force MajeureFusca AB is released from its obligation to fulfil deliveries if the proper fulfilment thereof is prevented due to a circumstance outside our control and which we could not reasonably have been expected to take into account when the contract was entered into, and the consequences of which we could not reasonably have avoided or overcome, such as industrial disputes, fire, accident, war, decisions of public authority/agencies or other circumstance outside our control which significantly affects the proper fulfilment of the contract by us.
